CoolKins is a shared family dashboard (“Family HQ”) operated for households. A parent or legal guardian creates and controls each family account.
CoolKins is intended to be set up and managed by a parent or legal guardian. We rely on parental consent obtained at account creation before any information about a child is collected. The information a parent provides about a child is limited (for example, a first name and an avatar/emoji) and is used only to operate the family account.
Parents can review, edit, or delete their children's information at any time from the Parent area, and may request deletion of the entire family account by contacting us.
Account details you provide (family name, parent passcode), the information you enter to run your family (schedules, tasks, goals, rewards, KinCoin activity), and basic technical data needed to keep the service running.
